Welcome to White Cliff Retreats, on the beautiful East Kent coast, close Dover, Deal, Sandwich and Canterbury and with easy access from London and the south east.

We are a small company offering one-day and weekend retreats at the magical Pines Calyx in St Margaret's Bay, near Dover, and at The Astor Community Theatre in Deal, Kent.

Look out for forthcoming events including a Singing and Qigong day on 20th February, Drama Devising Day on 6th March, Chi Kung Day Retreat on 19 March and a T'ai Chi Day Retreat on 20 March 2011, the latter two both with Glyn Williams.

Our aim is to create memorable events that offer relaxation, inspiration and healing. Each retreat is different and, over time, we will introduce new themes and new venues as we find more great teachers and inspiring topics.
