Glyn Williams Tai Chi and Alexander technique teacher Glyn Williams

Glyn Williams has been teaching Tai chi, Chi Kung and meditation since 1988. He is qualified as an instructor and is a member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

Glyn is Chief Instructor of the Jun Chi Tai Chi Chuan Association and Tutor in charge of Red Dragon Retreats. He teaches weekly private and group classes in London.

Glyn qualified as a teacher of the Alexander Technique in 1984 and he teaches clients from all walks of life, helping them improve the way they move and function in their everyday activities.

Glyn is also the author of "Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung for Health and Wellbeing".

Guy ScantleburyGuy Scantlebury

Guy graduated from RADA in 1985 and worked as an actor for 20 years. He performed in many theatres around the country and in London, and, thanks to ITV3 still appears on TV and film.

In 2006 Guy brought Bigfoot to East Kent and has been facilitating, teaching, directing, producing, designing and writing ever since. In 2007 he started an adult drama class which became Deal People’s Theatre Co and since 2008 Guy has produced two community plays; ”Ambrose Gwinett is Innocent” and “Sea Side Story” with the company.

Sue Blakesley

Sue Blakesley has been studying Tai Chi and Qigong since 1993 and has been teaching for the last eight years. She is a registered Tai Chi teacher with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

Sue is also a writer and a community music facilitator with a BA Hons in Performing Arts.


Trish Vella-BurrowsTrish Vella-Burrows

Trish Vella-Burrows has been researching and practicing singing for health and wellbeing for over thirty years. As a registered nurse and researcher with the Sidney De Haan Research Centre for Arts and Health, she has investigated extensively the physical features, nuero-anatomy and bio-physiology of singing.

As a community health musician, Trish Vella-Burrows has worked in a wide range of settings, using music as a catalyst for physical and spiritual expression and for re-connecting people with their innate creative functionality. TVB currently lectures and is a director of the Music Arts and Health course at Canterbury Christ Church University.

Dave Willis, Tai chi and qigong teacher David Willis

David Willis is an experienced Tai chi and QiGong teacher and a qualified energy arts instructor in Energy Gates and Dragon & Tiger Medical Qi Gong. David studies with of one of the most influential QiGong masters in the western hemisphere, Master Bruce Frantzis.

David teaches Tai chi Fundamentals classes in various locations in Kent, and also leads healing workshops for sufferers of chronic pain, referred by the National Health Service.

David Willis is a registered Tai chi teacher with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

Catherine Aubin, Shiatsu workshop leader Catherine Aubin

Catherine leads Shiatsu workshops. She has had a long interest in the body-mind approach to health and had been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for many years before becoming a Shiatsu therapist.

After solving her own health issues with the help of Tai Chi, Shiatsu and Acupuncture, Catherine trained in Shiatsu with the British School of Shiatsu-do. She furthered her studies with the well known Shiatsu and Dharma teacher Sonia Moriceau and recently started studying Seiki Soho with Kyoko Kishi.

Catherine is also a qualified and practising Acupuncturist and has a particular interest in ante and post-natal care. Catherine guides her patients and students to the awareness that their own mind-body holds the infinite wisdom for change towards well-being and happiness.

Catherine enjoys leading Shiatsu workshops with complete beginners as well as those with some experience of hands-on therapies of all types. She paces her workshops carefully so that all students can participate fully and learn the inspiring practise of Shiatsu.

Catherine currently practises Shiatsu and Acupuncture at several clinics in Central and East London.
